All orders are shipped within 72 hours (Monday-Friday). During sales or for very large orders, please allow an additional 1-2 days for processing. If there is an unexpected delay, we will notify you promptly via the email provided on your order.

Free shipping on most orders of $75 or more within the U.S!    All orders shipped via USPS and tracking is always provided. Discounted shipping rates are shown in cart once zip code is entered; we do not add fees or inflate shipping costs.



Shipping labels are printed directly from the information entered when placing your order.  If your order is returned to us due to an undeliverable address, you will be given the option to have the order reshipped.  Additional shipping charges apply for re-shipped orders and an invoice will be sent to the email of your choice.

Should you decline to have the order re-shipped, you will be refunded the cost of the order MINUS the original shipping charges and a 20% restocking fee.



We are happy to once again ship to Canada and the U.K., as of 7.12.19. Due to rising shipment costs here in the U.S., international sales are final.  However, please do not hesitate to contact us if an issue should arise.  We will work to rectify the situation as quickly as possible.

VAT, customs charges, taxes, and other charges are buyer’s responsibility. Please check your country’s policies before ordering.  We do not have access to this information from the U.S. and unfortunately would not be able to offer advise.  It is illegal for us to mark your order as a “gift”.  All items will be truthfully marked on your customs form.

In our 10 years of shipping internationally, packages are very often delayed in customs, but rarely lost.  If your package is held in customs, delays can be 2 weeks or longer.  We cannot contact customs on your behalf to check the status.

All sales are final for Last Chance, skin care, cosmetics, undergarments, intimates, and swimwear.  However, we do want you to be 100% satisfied, so please do not hesitate to contact us if something did not meet your expectations.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unburned, unmelted, undamaged items to us for credit or replacement. Shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility.

Once your item(s) are received and verified as unburned, unmelted, undamaged items, your original payment method will be refunded. Shipping costs are not refundable. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to complete.  Time frame may vary based on your credit/debit company’s refund policies.
